  • Your Journey Begins

Are you asking the right questions of yourself?
What types of conversations do you have?
    Who do you talk to?
    What do you talk about?
Do you have conversations that are positive or negative?
How long do you talk about or linger on negative things?
Remember the things that you focus on is what will happen…focus/work on the desired outcome

  • Challenges

Sometimes in life we are confronted with changes/challenges and are not sure what to do or what direction to go in… in those times we need to center ourselves, focus on where are at this very moment. Taking into consideration how we are feeling, who is in our space and what our objective is.

We often look at our situation and see only the challenges and obstacles but not really understanding how smart or strong or able we are to overcome anything.  The fear that grabs us is paralyzing.  We are blinded by it and often allow that fear to be the only thing we see.  In moments like these we, standing on the cusp of transformation, we often turn back to what we know instead of becoming or going where we are supposed to be.

Instead of going back to a place that we know.  We need to take the step that maybe uncomfortable and may be scary and may be unknown that will lead us to our destiny.

Taking this first step doesn’t always guarantee success… it does however guarantee that we will be better.  Often times better is wrapped in failure.  Failure gives us the opportunity to evaluate all aspects of what worked and what didn’t work.

  • Begin

    Begin while others are procrastinating
    Plan while others are playing
    Study while others are sleeping
    Work while others are wishing
    Prepare while others are daydreaming
    Smile while others are frowning
    Listen while others are talking
    Decide while others are delaying
    Save while others are wasting
    Persist while others are quitting

  • 7 habits you need to STOP, if YOU want to be successful!

    1) Give up the toxic people – It is impossible to succeed with negative people around you
    2)
Give up the need to be liked – no matter what you do there will always be people who won't approve
    3)
Give up the need to control everything – Understand that some things are up to us, while most things are really not
    4)
Give up the need to be perfect – Perfectionism  puts too much pressure on you.  You are already good enough.
    5)
Give up on believing in overnight success – No one, not even Steve Jobs achieved success overnight.
    6)
Give up on small play - If you don’t DREAM BIG, you will never achieve something big
    7)
Give up on unhealthy living – Your body is your HOME.
